Chefs on Tour is an exclusive, one-night-only event that pairs the region’s most stunning custom homes with top local culinary talent for a truly elevated experience. Hosted as part of the annual Tour of Homes™, this ticketed evening invites guests to explore beautifully crafted homes while savoring gourmet bites, craft beverages, and inspired pairings curated by some of Central Washington’s finest chefs and purveyors.

Designed for those who appreciate exceptional design and unforgettable flavors, Chefs on Tour offers a progressive tasting experience set within the luxury of award-worthy homes. Guests interact with chefs, builders, and designers while enjoying intimate access and immersive storytelling behind each creation.

With limited tickets available, Chefs on Tour promises a sophisticated night out — where the art of building and the craft of cooking come together in perfect harmony.

Awards & Appreciation Event

The Appreciation & Awards Event is a celebratory evening recognizing the outstanding craftsmanship, innovation, and collaboration showcased during the Tour of Homes™.

This event celebrates participating builders, sponsors, and partners and features the presentation of judged awards. Guests enjoy dinner, networking opportunities, and a chance to toast the tour's success in a relaxed, festive atmosphere.

In addition to the competitive awards, we take this opportunity to express sincere appreciation to sponsors, volunteers, staff, and committee members whose dedication ensures the success of the Tour.

Builder Bus Tour

The Builder Bus is an exclusive, behind-the-scenes tour designed for industry professionals and VIP guests. Participants travel together by chartered bus to visit select Tour of Homes™ projects before the public opening. Along the way, builders share insights on design choices, construction methods, and project challenges—offering a rare, in-depth look at the craftsmanship and collaboration behind each home.

Virtual Home Entry

Shall a homeowner or builder not wish to host an in-person event at their tour home, entries may be submitted for a Virtual Tour Home Package and an address will not be featured in the live tour materials. CWHBA may limit the amount of virtual packages available.
