The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) is a trade association that helps promote the policies that make housing a national priority. Since 1942, NAHB has been serving its members, the housing industry, and the public at large. Last year, NAHB’s advocacy efforts saved the typical home builder roughly $6,200 per housing start, including both single-family and multifamily.

Available only to CWHBA members, R.O.I.I.® (Return on
Industrial Insurance) Select, is BIAW’s performance-based
retrospective rating group premium program, the largest
in the state with the Department of Labor & Industries
(L&I). Qualified members receive a refund on their L&I
premiums when the groups premiums exceed their losses.
The BIAW Health Insurance Program offers group medical,
dental, vision, life and disability plans. Over 20 custom
plans are available with a range of benefit and
deductible levels.
Builder and remodeler members are eligible to recieve
