2023 Event Series: The Central Washington Tour of Homes™, presented by Yakima Federal Savings & Loan, is an opportunity to explore our region’s finest new custom homes and remodels!
Builder Information:
Attendees will have a chance to physically tour homes on display and will be guided to each destination via a FREE mobile app and a printed event guide.
- Yakima & Kittitas Tour: September 9-10 and September 16-17 from 10 AM to 4 PM each day.
- Virtual Tour: Beginning September 9 homes featured online only as well as the homes in Kittitas and Yakima will be be available to view virtually.

Wednesday September 13, mid-tour, is the exclusive Chefs on Tour™ event night with an opportunity to tour participating homes featured in-person across Yakima, coupled with local chefs & beverage companies to taste and sip during the tours.
Chefs on Tour™ Tickets are a higher price point but each ticket also grants access to all events in the Tour of Homes™ series.
Chefs on Tour
- Additional night of home touring midweek for Chefs on Tour at a higher-priced ticket.
- Builder is paired with local chef & beverage companies to curate a unique menu.
