About the Role: Crafting Experiences and Connections
As our Engagement Director, you’ll play a central role in enhancing member experiences and building strong connections. You’re not just managing communications or organizing events—you’re fostering a sense of belonging and supporting our mission at every level.
- Strengthening Connections: Lead strategies to make every member interaction meaningful and mission-aligned.
- Member-Centric Initiatives: Develop campaigns, events, and programs that put members first.
- Advocacy Support: Partner with our Government Affairs Director to communicate key policy initiatives.
- Data Insights: Use CRM data (GrowthZone) to refine strategies and meet evolving member needs.

As our Engagement Director, you’ll:
- Forge Lasting Connections: Develop and implement strategies that bring value to our members, supporting their journey from initial engagement through long-term retention.
- Drive Member-Centric Initiatives: Collaborate closely with our teams to launch campaigns, events, and outreach programs that keep members front and center.
- Advance Our Advocacy Efforts: Partner with the Government Affairs Director to communicate policy initiatives that resonate with our members and reflect our shared values.
- Analyze and Act: Dive deep into our CRM data (GrowthZone), track trends in engagement, and adapt strategies to meet evolving member needs.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years in member engagement, community outreach, or a related field (nonprofit or mission-driven experience a plus).
- Skills: Excellent communicator, experienced with CRM (GrowthZone preferred), and adept in data-driven engagement.
- Spanish Fluency: Bilingual in Spanish is preferred to connect with a diverse member base effectively.
- Values-driven: Open-minded, accountable, and committed to meaningful decisions.
