About the Role: 🌟 Champion of Member Experiences

As Event Manager, you won’t just plan events—you’ll curate experiences that inspire, connect, and elevate. You’ll oversee everything from the spark of an idea to the execution of seamless, memorable gatherings. You’ll be the architect behind the moments that matter, ensuring every event aligns with CWHBA’s mission and delivers value to our members and partners.

Collaborate across departments to integrate member-centric elements into each event. Your work will foster stronger connections, make memories, and provide value to our growing network.


🛠 Event Creator & Logistics Leader
  • Orchestrate events from concept to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and logistics with precision and creativity.
  • Design engaging, detail-driven experiences that align with CWHBA’s goals and elevate member engagement.
  • Solve challenges in real-time to keep events smooth, dynamic, and impactful.

 🤝 Relationship Builder
  • Partner with sponsors, vendors, volunteers, and internal teams to ensure events reflect CWHBA’s values and mission.
  • Cultivate meaningful partnerships to amplify resources, expand event impact, and strengthen community ties.
  • Train and empower volunteers, ensuring they feel connected to the event’s success.
  • Track and analyze event success metrics, including attendance, engagement, and sponsor satisfaction, to continuously improve strategies and results.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience planning events (++points for large-scale or nonprofit events).
  • A detail-obsessed planner with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • A collaborative team player who values relationships, creativity, and results.
  • Strong project management abilities to manage budgets, vendors, volunteers, and timelines.
