Pleasant Ridge Construction is proud to be able to customize homes to meet the needs of clients for comfort and accessibility: This Custom Multi-Gen Home is fully accessible without steps: With zero clearance entries at all doors, wide hallways, all 3 ft wide doors, and an ADA bath with custom roll-in shower and grab bars.

This house has 9 foot ceilings throughout, craftsman trim and doors, and Solid Maple Shaker Cabinets from Waypoint. PRC Customized the main living, master suite and bedrooms/bath for the client.

From the grand 8 ft wide entry and stained front door with sidelights, with luxury vinyl plank floors, and custom closets and baths. The kitchen shows off quartz countertops, white and grey painted cabinets, with white subway tile backsplash, a pot filler over cooktop with a built in cabinet hood, and a Microwave shelf in the large Island with farm sink.

The main area has an open concept kitchen and dining that is a great place to enjoy company and build family bonds. The Master Suite is large with a custom closet and master bath, with large tile floors, a walk in shower with cultured marble, tile accents and custom tile floors and backsplash. The master bath is complete with a slipper soaker tub against a custom trim and glitter paint accent wall and frosted window for plenty of light.

The Garage and Laundry is shared with custom cabinets and countertops. A small nook in the laundry left us room to build a signature Pleasant Ridge Construction corking station for the owner with wine fridge, glasses and bottles.

From the main living area, the occupants can access the Guest Suite thru a fire rated door with insulated and sealed walls between living spaces: This comfy guest suite is all set for individual living with a designated front door that invites guests into the great room and dine in kitchen area. The guest kitchen has full functionality with stained maple cabinets from Waypoint, quartz countertops and full appliance package. The guest suite is floored in all Luxury Vinyl Plank with no transitions and has a large bedroom with walk-in closet, and an ADA compliant bath that is gorgeously laid out.

The use of Cultured Marble in the roll-in shower and countertops, and custom framing provides beauty with accessibility and functionality for years to come.

The Exteriors are simple but nicely finished with lap and board and baton siding, the soffits are enclosed with gutters and downspouts surround the roofline for drainage. The driveway is fully paved with a large area for parking and backing out of the garage to turn around.

The owners completed the exterior with vinyl fence and landscaping that is easily maintained and beautiful.

Clint, and his wife Kelly, run Pleasant Ridge Construction in the Yakima Valley from an office located in Grandview Washington. They have two terrific Kids: Justin (15) and Brianne (11). With a focus on New Custom Homes and Custom Remodels-Additions, PRC builds from Yakima to the Tri-Cities and in-between. Clint has coached youth baseball, is involved in various ministries at the Nazarene Church and has been a member of CWHBA since 2005. Clint is on the CWHBA board of directors, Since 2015, is a State Director at BIAW and is currently Board President, completing his second term in Dec. 2020. Clint likes to say he learned construction from the Inside-Out rather than the Outside- In. The role as Owner-General Manager of a construction company with limited resources required that everyone was involved. From small jobs in remodels and additions, building new homes, and developing engineering and infrastructure for subdivisions, Clint was involved in every role: the janitor in the office and cleanup crew on jobs, demolition crew, excavation laborer, concrete prep and finisher, framer and finish carpenter and even the landscaper of many jobs. Clint firmly believes that construction employees with strong work ethic, the desire to learn, and an understanding of job costs is key to a successful Construction Business.
