We are excited to show this complete remodel of a 1984 home that was entirely original. We started with a 2240 sq ft, 3bedroom home with additional office space. The entire roof of the garage was removed in order to add a second floor, which created two additional bedrooms, a Jack & Jill bathroom and a family room. On the main floor the utility room was reshaped to make it much more inviting. The kitchen & living room were opened up to allow a see-through fireplace and views of the valley from all angles. A new 6 ft wide front door accentuates the openness of the new living room and kitchen space. By reconfiguring an unused bedroom, we were able to create a Master Suite and converted the hall powder room into a full bathroom. The other two bedrooms on the main level were improved with new windows and doors. We continued the remodel outside with new siding and rock which completed the conversion of this 1980’s home, creating an updated 3200 sq. ft., 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with amazing views of the Yakima Valley.
