The Central Washington Home Builders Association invites you to join the celebration of 40 years of the Central Washington Tour of Homes™, presented by Solarity Credit Union. Experience the excellence of homes built throughout Central Washington.
September 18-19, 2021 (10 AM to 5 PM)
October 2-3, 2021 (10 AM – 5 PM)
September 17, 2021 (5 PM to 9 PM)
Also grants access to all Tour of Homes™ events.

Kittitas Tour of Homes™
Attendees will have a chance to physically tour ten (10) of the homes on display this year and will be guided to each destination via a free mobile app, and an event guide that includes a map. Some area homes are only available through the online web catalog.
Tickets for the Tour of Homes™ weekends are $10 and allow access to all 10 homes that are being featured as in-person tours in both Yakima & Kittitas Counties.
- September 18-19 from 10 am to 5 pm each day, the Tour of Homes is open with 7 homes in Yakima County ONLY.
- October 2-3, from 10 am to 5 pm each day, the Tour of Homes is open to 3 homes in Kittitas County ONLY.

Chefs on Tour™ Kickoff Event

Chefs on Tour™
Friday, September 17th from 4-9 pm is the kickoff event night with an exclusive opportunity to tour four (4) of this year’s homes featured in-person across Yakima, coupled with local chefs & beverage companies to taste and sip during your tours.
Chefs on Tour™ Tickets are $50 each, but each ticket also grants access to all events in the full Tour of Homes™ series.

Online Web Catalog goes LIVE!
Beginning on September 17th, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the skilled craftsmanship and unique features of ALL 17 homes, including a full photo gallery, video highlights, and 360° interactive tour in our complete web catalog. The online web catalog will be FREE to navigate and will include both online features and in-person tour homes.

The Central Washington Home Builders Association (CWHBA) recognizes that it has been some time since we have all been together and we are looking forward to an amazing in-person event. We want to ensure that we are providing you with an enjoyable and safe event, while also complying with all COVID safety measures as required by the State of Washington. Therefore, all attendees, regardless of vaccination status, are to wear masks indoors unless eating or drinking.
The CWHBA reserves the right to refuse admittance or remove attendees from the Central Washington Tour of Homes™. This policy is subject to change, as Washington State COVID requirements evolve and change. Changes to these protocols will be posted onsite throughout the event. Please be flexible in accepting any changes, so we can all enjoy a safe and fun event.
