Originally built in 1925, the first step to restoring this home was lifting it up and replacing the entire foundation. What once was little more than a coal chute is now a beautiful rustic daylight basement. Complete with a bedroom, bathroom, and fully updated mechanical and laundry room. The upstairs is an amalgamation of modern meets rustic. The high ceilinged great room and a bedroom and bathroom are separated by a steel wall and ceiling held up by aged 4×4 beams, an homage to the mining history of the town of Roslyn. A wrap around ironwood deck adds some elbow room to the top floor.
