We are so proud to have been a part of this special project. This wonderful home was built with great teamwork between architect, owner and builder with all the attention to quality, design and detail that you would expect from Town & Country Homes.
This 4867 square foot, (842 square foot garage) 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom contemporary mountain cabin takes full advantage of the abundant sunshine and territorial views. This accessible and sustainable home received the highest Built Green rating allowable of 5-stars. The list of features includes reclaimed wood, radiant floors, energy efficient windows, closed cell foam insulation and ultra-low VOC levels including environmentally friendly paints, caulking and other sealants. All of the lights in the house are LED and are dark sky compliant. The home features a Photovoltaic system with 90 solar panels and 2 inverters creating energy to balance electricity usage. “Built Green” homes are designed to provide homeowners with comfortable, durable and environmentally friendly homes that are cost effective to own and operate.
We would like to include special acknowledgement for Judy Myers at Myers Architecture for the design work on this home. Thank you to all of our talented employees and subcontractor partners that make Town & Country Homes who they are.

About the Builder
Member Since 1999
Town & Country Homes, LLC. is a third-generation homebuilding company. Matt and Tristen Willard founded Town & Country Homes in Ellensburg based on the belief that providing shelter for families is still one of the most important businesses in the 21st century. We don’t consider it our job to simply build homes. We’re dedicated to the craft of creating homes that will withstand the test of time, and we believe the only way to do this is to never cut corners and set our standards remarkably high. It’s essential to us that our homes not only maintain their visual appeal over the years, but that they also sustain their functionality. We do this by building homes with superior materials, detailed construction practices and thoughtful landscapes. Most importantly, we are invested in Kittitas County, and we plan to continue to build homes in the area for decades. We’re not concerned with quantity, only quality.
Since 2002, Town & Country Homes has remained a close-knit team of 12 employees and works with only the best, most respected Sub-contractors in the area. The company’s foundation is simple; building high quality affordable housing that stresses both design and value.
