This 4867 square foot, (842 square foot garage) 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom contemporary mountain cabin takes full advantage of the abundant sunshine and territorial views. This accessible and sustainable home received the highest Built Green rating allowable of 5-stars. The list of features includes reclaimed wood, radiant floors, energy efficient windows, closed cell foam insulation and ultra-low VOC levels including environmentally friendly paints, caulking and other sealants. All of the lights in the house are LED and are dark sky compliant. The home features a Photovoltaic system with 90 solar panels and 2 inverters creating energy to balance electricity usage. “Built Green” homes are designed to provide homeowners with comfortable, durable and environmentally friendly homes that are cost effective to own and operate.
