About the Builder

Bryan Loeb

Bryan started his life and career in Texas, and has deep roots to his southern heritage.  Trained as an insurance property adjuster, he started by inspecting, assessing damage and writing estimates to reconstruct a home as his start.  This was vastly different from his previous career in Professional Baseball for the Arizona Diamondback’s organization. Bryan came to know Washington through his wife Kate Loeb, native to Yakima.  They chose to move here and raise their 3 children, Emerson, Dallas and Decker.  Bryan previously worked for another construction company, and now works for the family business Artistic Renovations. Artistic specializes in insurance restoration, custom remodels and custom new construction.
