Perry Technical Institute students in the construction & carpentry, plumbing, hvac, and electric programs constructed most of this lovely west valley home. The main floor showcases 2,186 square feet of living space with an additional bonus room above the garage, adding another 336 square feet. The home includes a two-car garage with a unique protective and marine epoxy coating, made by Sherwin Williams, and contains a hard-wired alarm system with emergency responder capabilities.
From the street, the 8-foot entryway has great curbside appeal as the landscaping welcomes you warmly, installed by Perry Tech’s maintenance department and construction & carpentry programs. As you enter the main entryway, you’ll notice a large multipurpose room just inside for a unique space, tailored to the needs of your family as a formal dining space, home office, or sitting den. As you continue to the heart of the home, you’ll find the great room, adjacent to the kitchen and a dining nook, making this the perfect space for entertaining. It features a state-of-the-art fireplace and includes six-inch engineered hardwood plank flooring throughout. The adjoining kitchen includes two-toned cabinets of staggered heights with two-toned quartz countertops, creating a complimentary collage of style throughout. All the appliances are all LG smart-technology enabled, to be controlled with a smartphone.
The master suite and bathrooms have trayed ceilings with recessed canned lighting, adding to the large feel and lightning ambiance. The master bath includes a spacious, double-headed walk-in shower, double undermount vanities with granite countertops, a large linen closet for storage, and a large soaking tub. The master suite also includes an oversized walk-in closet. This home also includes two additional bedrooms with a main-level bathroom and a similar under-mount sink with quartz counters.
This home has been approved by the WA State gambling commission to be raffled off.
